Rules

Admission will NOT be granted for sick children.

We have the right to refuse service.

We are a sock only facility. Socks are required for Adults AND Children.

We are a parent/guardian supervised facility. Adults are to remain on the premises at all times. Play Modesto does NOT  provide daycare or supervision of children.

A signed release of liability is required for everyone entering the facility.

Hand washing required upon entry. (We have a sink at the entrance)

NO rough play, pushing or throwing toys.

Children must be accompanied by adults to the restroom to ensure hand washing after restroom use.

Strollers are NOT  allowed. You can leave your stroller at the entrance.

Outside snacks are allowed. We have a small snack area to purchase snacks as well.

NO gum.

NO cupcakes, cake, cookies or presents are allowed unless you have a reserved birthday party with us.

All food and drinks are to remain in the designated eating areas, We do NOT allow food and drinks in the play areas. NO exceptions.

NO alcoholic beverages allowed.

NO outside toys! Please leave your Childs toys and stuffed animals at home. We have plenty for toys to play with. 

Adults are NOT permitted on the play structure or toys. Our toys are designed for children.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

We do NOT provide refunds of any sort.

Patrons NOT abiding by the rules will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
