All party reservations require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the date and time. All party payments are non-refundable. Final full payment is required 4 weeks prior to the party. No rescheduling or canceling within 4 weeks to your event time. Should you cancel within four weeks of the party date the remaining party balance will still be owed.
Our party rooms are all white and perfect to match any theme. We have tons of custom themes and decorations available as an add on option.
Our Parties are for two, three or four hour time slots, with and additional 30 min for set up. Packages include use of the private party room for the entire time. The playground area is available for the entire time with the exception of the last 30 min of your party when we cut cake and close the playground for cleaning. At this time children are not permitted back into the playground.
Party bags MUST be handed out at the end of the party in the party room only. We do not allow candy and small toys in the playground area due to choking hazards for our smaller guests. (thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation) Please do not put slime in party bags.

***Outside Vendors and Entertainment are NOT allowed***Should you hire an outside vendor for balloons or decor etc, we will turn them away. Thank you for understanding this policy.
A Semi-Private party is use of a private party room for the entire duration of your party however the facility will be open for open play and the playground area is shared.

A Private party is a completely private party with exclusive use of the play areas and designated party room. The facility will be closed to outside guests.
