No. The party deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. It holds your date and time requested.
Yes! The private party package is for up to 20 kids (you can add more kids) If you have less than 20 kids it will still be the same package price.
Yes and NO. No we no longer allow outside vendors. However we do work with preferred vendors for princesses and other characters we do not provide which is ok. Advance approval is required and must be from our preferred vendor list only. Has to be a service or character we do not offer. Subject to a $50 outside vendor fee.
Yes we allow outside food and nonalcoholic drinks. We do not allow cooking on site of any kind. No chafing dishes or open flames. No popcorn
No for liability reasons we do not allow pinatas
For semi-private parties the limit is 16 adults. For private parties we do not have a limit of adults. Our facility is over 5,000 square feet and can comfortably hold a good amount of people.
Yes. Due to insurance reasons we are no longer allowing outside balloons but outside decorations are ok. We suggest light decorations. Keep in mind we do not allow tacks, tape or anything that puts holes or sticks to the walls. Absolutely no confetti, lose glitter. Decorations should be assembled and ready to put up. For example if you are putting a banner up have it strung and ready to go. Have your party bags pre-made etc. There is thirty minutes for set up.
No. We allow thirty minutes for set up. We cannot accommodate early arrivals. The set up time is for the party set up only. Children will not be permitted to play at this time because we clean and sanitize the play area during this time. Please do not have your guests arrive early during set up time as they will not be permitted to enter early.
No unfortunately the candy cart cannot be moved out of the room or moved to a different place in the room.
Extra time may be added to the last time slot only. It must be added in advance so we can have staff adequately scheduled.
We do our very best to keep your party running on time. Should you go over your allotted time there is a $50 charge per 15min.
Tipping is not required but appreciated. Our party host/hostesess work hard to ensure your party runs smooth from start to finish. They help set up and to bring your vision to life. They also do the entire clean up.
Yes socks are required for everyone. Even for the adults who are not playing and just staying in the party room.
